Kitchenware & Bathroom Laser Welding Solutions
Precision welding for stainless steel sinks, faucets, shower heads, and metal cabinets. Achieve high-strength, leak-proof joints with minimal heat distortion and significantly reduced post-weld finishing.
✅ Create smooth, narrow, and almost invisible welds ideal for premium sinks and exposed fixtures, minimizing polishing labor.
✅ Ensure 100% leak-proof and corrosion-resistant joints for water-bearing components like faucets, pipes, and basins.
✅ Excellent results on thin stainless steel, aluminum, and brass alloys. Suitable for flexible handheld operation or automated production lines.
Traditional Welding vs. Advanced Laser Technology
Eliminate heat distortion and heavy polishing. See why top kitchenware and sanitary brands are upgrading to laser welding.
The Problems (Traditional Methods)
❌Traditional TIG welding creates large heat-affected zones, causing severe discoloration and deformation, especially in thin stainless steel sheets used for sinks.
❌ Rough weld beads require labor-intensive grinding and polishing to achieve a consumer-ready look, driving up labor costs and production time.
❌ Manual arc welding is slow and depends on highly skilled welders, making it difficult to maintain consistent quality and scale up production efficiently.
The Solution (Your Laser Machine)
✅ Concentrated laser heat ensures deep penetration with minimal thermal distortion, perfectly preserving the shape and flat surface of delicate metal parts.
✅ Produces smooth, aesthetically pleasing welds that often require zero post-processing or secondary grinding, speeding up the entire manufacturing cycle.
✅ Up to 10x faster than traditional methods. User-friendly equipment allows operators to master the process quickly

FAQ
Do I need professional welders to operate the machine?
No. One of the biggest advantages of our handheld laser welder is its ease of use. Unlike TIG welding which requires years of experience, an operator can master our laser welder with just 30 minutes of training. This allows you to reduce labor costs and solve the shortage of skilled welders.
Will laser welding distort thin stainless steel sheets?
Extremely minimal. Laser welding uses highly concentrated energy with a small heat-affected zone. It is the perfect solution for welding thin stainless steel (0.5mm – 3mm) used in sinks, range hoods, and cabinets, ensuring the parts remain flat and distortion-free.
Can it weld reflective metals like copper or aluminum for bathroom fittings?
Yes. Our laser machines are equipped with advanced fiber laser sources that effectively weld high-reflectivity metals. It creates strong, hermetic seals on brass faucets, copper pipes, and aluminum frames without issues.
Do I need to polish the seam after welding?
In most cases, no. Laser welding produces a smooth, continuous, and “fish-scale free” weld bead. For kitchenware applications, this means you can often eliminate the grinding process entirely, or significantly reduce polishing time by up to 80%.
What consumables are required?
The operating cost is low. The main consumables are protective lenses and copper nozzles (which are inexpensive and easy to replace), plus shielding gas (usually Argon or Nitrogen) to prevent oxidation and ensure a shiny white weld.
