Is the sample testing truly free? What about shipping?
Yes, our engineering time and the comprehensive video report are 100% free of charge.

For shipping: You only cover the inbound shipping to our facility. If you choose our "Digital Report Only" option, we will recycle the materials after testing, so your return shipping cost is $0. If you want the welded parts returned for physical inspection, you just cover the return freight.
Do I need shielding gas or filler wire for laser welding?
Shielding Gas: Yes, inert gas (usually Nitrogen or Argon) is required to protect the weld pool from oxidation and ensure a bright, clean seam.

Filler Wire: It depends on the gap between your materials. For tight-fitting joints (gap < 0.2mm), laser welding can be done autogenously (without wire). For wider gaps, our machines come standard with an Automatic Wire Feeder that perfectly syncs with the laser.
My product design is proprietary. Will you sign an NDA?
Absolutely. We work with aerospace, EV, and defense contractors worldwide. We are fully prepared to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before you ship any parts. Your proprietary designs, materials, and test results will remain strictly confidential and will never be shared or used in marketing without your permission.
How much material do I need to send for the test?
To find the optimal parameters and demonstrate consistent results, we recommend sending at least 5 to 10 pieces of the components you want to weld. If you are welding flat sheets, pieces sized around 100mm x 100mm are ideal.
How will I know which laser power (1500W vs 3000W) I need?
That is the exact purpose of this free test. Along with the HD video, our engineers will provide a Technical Parameter Report. Based on your material thickness and required penetration depth, we will scientifically recommend the most cost-effective wattage for your specific production line.
