What materials can your fiber laser marking machine engrave?
Fiber lasers are specifically designed for all metals (Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Titanium, Gold, Silver, Copper, etc.) and hard plastics (ABS, PC, PES).

Note: If you need to engrave organic materials like wood, glass, leather, or acrylic, a CO2 laser is required. Let us know if you need CO2 testing instead!
What file formats do I need to send for my custom logo/barcode test?
Our machines utilize industry-standard EzCad/LightBurn software. For the highest precision and clean edges, please send Vector files (.AI, .DXF, .PLT, or .SVG). We can also process high-resolution raster images (.JPG, .PNG, .BMP) for photo engraving or standard barcodes.
How do I choose between 20W, 30W, and 50W models?
20W & 30W: Perfect for high-speed surface marking, creating contrast (black/white) on metals and plastics, and general traceabilty codes.
50W: Ideal for Deep Engraving (like gun parts or injection molds) and slightly faster cycle times on thicker metals.

Our lab will run your samples on different wattages to recommend the most cost-effective option for your specific goals.
Is the sample testing truly free? What about shipping?
Yes, our engineering time and the comprehensive video parameter report are 100% free of charge. You only cover the inbound shipping to our facility. If you choose our "Digital Report Only" option, we will recycle the materials after testing, so your return shipping cost is zero.
My product design is proprietary. Will you sign an NDA?
Absolutely. We work with medical device manufacturers, defense contractors, and EV brands worldwide. We are fully prepared to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before you ship any parts. Your designs and test results will remain strictly confidential.
