Is the sample testing truly free? What about shipping?
The laser cleaning testing process and the detailed engineering report are 100% free of charge.

For shipping: You are responsible for the inbound shipping cost to our lab. If you want the physical parts returned after testing, you cover the return shipping. Alternatively, you can choose our "Digital Report Only" option where we recycle the sample, meaning your return shipping cost is zero.
My parts are proprietary. Is my product design kept confidential?
Absolutely. We understand the critical importance of IP protection in manufacturing. We are ready and willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before you even ship your items. Your samples, materials, and specific designs will strictly stay within our testing lab and will never be used in our marketing without explicit permission.
How long does the testing take once you receive my sample?
Speed is our priority. Once your sample arrives at our facility, our engineers typically complete the testing, analyze the parameters, and send you the comprehensive 4K video report within 48 to 72 hours.
What if I don't have a sample ready to ship but still want to see the results?
No problem at all! We offer Free Stock Testing. Simply tell us your exact material requirements (e.g., "3mm Carbon Steel with heavy rust" or "Aluminum with powder coating"), and we will use our laboratory stock materials to demonstrate the cleaning effect. We will record a dedicated video for you, requiring no shipping on your part.
Will you tell me which machine I need after the test?
Yes. The main purpose of the sample proofing is to eliminate the guesswork. Along with the video, you will receive a Technical Parameter Report. Based on how your material reacts to our lasers, we will precisely recommend whether you need a Pulsed Laser (for zero-damage precision) or a CW Laser (for high-speed heavy duty), and exactly what wattage (200W to 3000W) fits your budget and efficiency needs.
