描述
Product Overview
Aluminum welding used to require highly skilled TIG masters and slow processes. Not anymore. Our machine is specifically designed to overcome the challenges of aluminum: high reflectivity and high thermal conductivity. By adopting advanced beam oscillation (swing) technology, it can immediately break through stubborn oxide layers and provide crack free and pore free welds on laser welded aluminum.
Optimized for Stainless Steel
-
Wobble/Oscillating Beam Technology: Unlike a static beam, our gun features an adjustable beam width (0-5mm). The laser “stirs” the molten pool. This agitation helps trapped gas escape, eliminating the common “porosity” (air bubbles) issue in aluminum welding, ensuring high structural integrity.
-
Anti-Reflection Protection: Aluminum reflects laser light, which can damage standard machines. Our source is equipped with multi-stage back-reflection protection, ensuring the laser energy is absorbed by the metal, not reflected back into the source. Safe for long-term operation on highly reflective alloys.
-
High Energy Density Penetration: Aluminum dissipates heat rapidly. We recommend our 1500W or higher configurations to ensure deep penetration. The focused energy melts the material instantly before heat spreads, minimizing the heat-affected zone (HAZ) and preventing the workpiece from softening.
Hardware Highlights
Smart OLED Control Gun
-
Precision Control: Aluminum requires precise heat management. The OLED screen lets you monitor and adjust parameters instantly.
-
Mode Switching: Easily switch between different wobble patterns (circle, triangle, figure-8) to find the best flow for your specific aluminum alloy.
Specialized Wire Feeder for Soft Wire
-
Aluminum wire is soft and easy to jam. Our upgraded 4-wheel dual-drive wire feeder provides smooth, consistent feeding without tangling, ensuring a uniform weld bead even with soft 1.0mm/1.2mm aluminum wires.
Target Applications
-
Electric Vehicles (EV): Battery trays, busbars, and chassis components.
-
Aerospace & Aviation: Lightweight structural frames and tanks.
-
Outdoor Industry: Aluminum boats, bicycle frames, and fishing gear.
-
Construction: Aluminum window frames, curtain walls, and ladders.
Welding Comparison
| Feature | Our Laser Welder (Al Mode) | AC TIG / MIG Welding |
| Speed | Fast (3-5x faster) | Slow |

| Heat Input | Low (Less distortion) | High (Warps thin aluminum) |
| Penetration | Deep & Narrow | Shallow or Wide |
| Difficulty | Low (Easy to learn) | Very Hard (Needs expert skill) |
